Amazingly another year is past and we are at the start of the next chapter of the Ulster Project. Just as in every other year the excitement is at a fever pitch as the teens on both sides of the Atlantic get ready for the most unbelievable month of their lives.

Many people will ask why is the Ulster Project so important? Well it is simple. It is a truly life changing experience. That statement is casually thrown around today but in the case of the Ulster Project it is, oh so true. Teenagers enter into this process and young men and women walk out of it. This Project produces future leaders, people who will have high moral standards, who will help shape other lives and will be driven to see a world that is striving for peace and our nations living in harmony with those around them.

The links forged between Hutchinson and Portadown grow stronger year by year. This summer several young people from Hutchinson will be in Portadown during June and July. As well this year we have had young people from the first few years of the Project visiting Portadown having graduated from University. It is amazing that the ties and impact of a wonderful month in Hutchinson never leaves those who take part.

Once again here in Portadown we are grateful for your commitment, hard work and passion for this Project and our teenagers. To all the families we send our love and thanks for opening your home and hearts to our young people. Your family will be blest, your lives enriched and a little piece of Ulster will always be in your heart at the end of this hectic, challenging and fun packed month.

The Ulster Project is of enormous benefit to the communities in Hutchinson and Poradown. We are involved in an amazing investment in young peoples lives. We are helping mold and shape a better future and we see year after year God richly blessing us. Our thoughts, love and prayers are with you all.

Have an amazing and awesome summer!
