Dear Ulster Family,
The Ulster Project of Greater Hutchinson, Inc. will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 6:30p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 201 East Sherman Street, Hutchinson.
This is an opportunity for all members of the corporation (defined as past hosts and contributors who attend the annual meeting) to have a voice in the ongoing business and other decisions of the project. Board members will be elected to fill expiring terms; the budget, current financial status, and fundraising plans will be discussed; and committees will be organized for the upcoming year. Please take an hour and hear about this year's project and help plan for the future of the Greater Hutchinson Ulster Project.
